Fully Comprehensive Insurance Included
The rental price includes fully comprehensive insurance with a €600 excess per claim.
The vehicle handover is subject to the prior signing of the rental contract and the mandatory payment of the security deposit.
Five days prior to the rental start date, the contract will be sent to the customer for signature, together with a secure payment link for the payment of the €600 security deposit.
The security deposit constitutes a refundable deposit intended to cover any potential damage, contractual breaches, or costs arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period.
The handover of the vehicle will be conditional upon the proper receipt of the signed contract and the security deposit within the indicated timeframe.
In the event that the duly signed contract and the security deposit are not received within the established timeframe, the company reserves the right to withhold delivery of the vehicle, without this giving rise to any additional compensation or indemnity beyond that provided for in the general cancellation terms.
After the vehicle has been returned and inspected, the security deposit will be refunded in full within a maximum period of 48 hours, provided no incidents have been identified. If any damage or additional costs are identified, the corresponding duly justified amount will be deducted.
The actual time required for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account will depend on the customer’s banking institution.
