\nDrivers must be over 25 years old and hold a Category B driving licence with at least 2 years of experience, as required by the insurance policy.<\/p>\n

Our vans are easy to drive and suitable even for a first camper experience.

\nThe vans are equipped with an auxiliary leisure battery for the living area, which automatically recharges while driving.

\nEach model has a clean water tank and, if fitted with a sink, a grey water tank.<\/p>\n

Grey water must be emptied at authorised disposal points only.

Reservations are made 100% online<\/strong> through our website.<\/p>\n

You only need to select:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Travel dates
\u2022 Pick-up and return time slot
\u2022 Optional extras<\/p>\n

You will then need to accept the rental conditions and complete payment for 100% of the rental amount<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once payment has been received, we will send you the rental contract for electronic signature<\/strong> and the pre check-in form<\/strong>, which must be completed before the start of the rental.<\/p>\n

Yes, you can cancel your reservation by writing to info@gumaracamper.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cancellation penalties are:<\/p>\n

\u2022 More than 30 days before the start: 20%
\u2022 Between 30 and 15 days: 40%
\u2022 Between 15 and 7 days: 70%
\u2022 Less than 7 days: 100%<\/p>\n

If you wish to change your travel dates<\/strong>, contact us and we will try to help depending on availability.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How does the security deposit work?” style=”simple” color=”turquoise”]<\/p>\n

The security deposit is \u20ac600<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It must be paid 5 days before the start of the rental<\/strong> through a secure payment link<\/strong> that you will receive together with the contract.<\/p>\n

The deposit serves as a guarantee to cover possible:<\/p>\n

\u2022 vehicle damage
\u2022 loss or deterioration of equipment
\u2022 extraordinary cleaning
\u2022 fuel
\u2022 fines or penalties
\u2022 breaches of the rental agreement<\/p>\n

After the vehicle is returned and inspected, the refund of the deposit is initiated within approximately 48 hours<\/strong>, depending on bank processing times.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How does the included insurance work?” style=”simple” color=”turquoise”]<\/p>\n

The rental includes comprehensive insurance with an excess of \u20ac600 per independent claim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This means that in case of an accident or damage for which the driver is responsible, the maximum amount payable will be \u20ac600 per incident<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The insurance does not cover<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u2022 personal belongings
\u2022 damage caused by gross negligence
\u2022 driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
\u2022 driving on unsuitable roads<\/p>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do pick-up and drop-off work?” style=”simple” color=”turquoise”]<\/p>\n

The vehicle is delivered at our Son Oms location (Mallorca)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the reservation process you will choose your pick-up and return time slot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Vehicle delivery is carried out in self check-in mode<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the start of the rental you must complete a digital inspection form<\/strong>, including photos of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.<\/p>\n

This form must be completed within 60 minutes after the start of the rental<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We also offer an airport transfer service<\/strong> if you select this option during the booking process.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What happens if I return the van late?” style=”simple” color=”turquoise”]<\/p>\n

It is important to respect the selected return time slot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In case of delay, the following penalty will apply:<\/p>\n

\u20ac50 + \u20ac25 for each additional full hour.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the delay affects subsequent bookings, additional costs may apply.<\/p>\n

If more than 4 hours pass without communication<\/strong>, we may initiate procedures to recover the vehicle.<\/p>\n

If you expect to be late, we recommend informing us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

The camper must be returned tidy and in reasonable interior cleaning condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Before returning the vehicle you must:<\/p>\n

\u2022 remove organic waste
\u2022 leave no visible food remains
\u2022 clean the tableware kit
\u2022 avoid significant sand accumulation
\u2022 empty the wastewater tank
\u2022 empty and rinse the chemical toilet if it has been used<\/p>\n

Exterior cleaning is not required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Basic cleaning is included in the rental price, but if the vehicle requires specialised professional cleaning<\/strong>, a minimum penalty of \u20ac100<\/strong> may apply.<\/p>\n

The vehicle includes roadside assistance according to the insurance policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If a red warning light or serious alert<\/strong> appears on the dashboard, you must stop the vehicle immediately and contact us<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ignoring vehicle warnings or attempting to manipulate technical systems may be considered gross negligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Yes, but only with prior authorisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Not all vehicles allow pets, so you must request approval before the reservation.<\/p>\n

\u2022 deterioration of equipment<\/p>\n

Bringing pets without prior authorisation<\/strong> may be considered a breach of the rental agreement.<\/p>\n
